In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. – Genesis 1:1 (NASB)
What is true? Is there a God? What is the meaning of life?
In our quiet moments when the voices of the world are shut out, these questions arise in our minds. Many of us quickly shut them down. We may avoid any thoughts like these altogether. Alcohol, drugs, conversations, media … we seek anything to avoid the thoughts.
The Bible tells us of God, and His indescribable love for you … for all mankind. He exists in three persons. One person, the Holy Spirit, is causing your mind to ask those questions. He is drawing you to the one and only God who has revealed Himself to mankind through the person of Jesus.
My hope is you will read and study what Jesus said to mankind when He came to reveal God to us. Yes, God became a man and dwelt among us. We have much to learn about this.
Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! – Psalm 46:10 (KJV)
