The Psalmist instructs us in Psalm 112:
“Praise the Lord!
How blessed is the man who fears the Lord,
Who greatly delights in His commandments.”
We give Jesus praise! In Psalm 113 we are told:
“Blessed be the name of the Lord
From this time forth and forever.
From the rising of the sun to its setting
The name of the Lord is to be praised.
The Lord is high above all nations;
His glory is above the heavens.”
If you have not learned to “enter His gates with praise” and His “courts with praise,” today is the day to begin. As the sun rises each morning, let your lips offer praise to our risen Lord! Give all glory to Him! Be thankful. Adore Him. Declare all that you know about Him. Open the scriptures and read aloud. Yes, “Give thanks to Him, bless His name.”
